Bucket Brigade

We couldn’t transform all this food without the help of our kitchen community. Through our Bucket Brigade program, restaurants throughout the Cincinnati region create soupe through a mix of rescued food supplied by La Soupe and leftover ingredients from their own commercial kitchens. This model expands our community reach and brings the restaurant industry together. A win-win for all!
