The eating plan aims to lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol levels, reduce the risk of diabetes, and support healthy weight management. With the expertise of our chefs, all of our Nourish soupes are packed with herbs, spices, and flavorful ingredients to deliver maximum flavor without using harmful salt, fat, and sugar.
All of our Nourish products are portion-controlled and plant-forward and focus on providing adequate vitamins and minerals that help others lead healthier lives. They are also filled with fiber and moderate amounts of carbohydrates, making them a great Diabetes friendly option.

Not only do we have wonderful healthy soupes, but we also launched our Nourish desserts that utilize rescued fruits and vegetables, such as sweet potato chocolate cake, banana bread, carrot cake, and peanut butter cookies. These desserts are currently provided to Meals on Wheels OH & KY seniors during their congregate meals and are sometimes available in our retail.
